About
Jan Aleman - CFI
I started my first software company when I was 14 years old, I was going to high school and my job on the side was helping out our neighbour who had a construction company. When I saw how hard it was for him to get invoices to his clients I offered to instead of pouring concrete for swimming pools write him a software solution.
Today, 32 years later, my passion is still to find solutions for business problems and help to eliminate them. Having operated four software companies and with a vast amount of years in various stages of different companies I may be able to help you as well. I have trained over a thousand software engineers and now I use that vast experience of training to be a more effective flight instructor.
As a former business owner I am used to efficiency and this shows in the results with my students. On average they spend less time and less money. And more importantly they have higher pass-rates.
In my free time I enjoy flying small planes, traveling with our RV and photography.Â
